Made for VimJam 5 - Racing Focus, Escape Theme 
After the Jam ended, the game was updated to fix some bugs and add full controller support.

You play as a mouse bandit Looking for treasure in a cursed temple, but he may have to face his past sins to escape...

Controls:   
 WASD or Arrow Keys (Joystick or Dpad) to move 
Space (Xbox A) to Jump 
Shift (Xbox B or Xbox X) to Dash
X or Esc (Xbox Start) to pause

Theme Relation:
We chose to make a game where the enemies move exactly as you move, but slightly delayed. This way you are always racing around the level and escaping the ghosts that follow you. We also used the animal characters only restriction.
And if you think about it hard enough, it's technically mouse only :)

This is the first time either I or David has made a game ever, let alone participated in a game jam, but we hope you enjoy it!

Hi guys, I enjoyed the game, the graphics are beautiful and the delayed ghosts is a clever mechanic =)

On my personal tast the music a bit to chil for the racing atmospere, and I had issues from the very begining till the level 5 with the closed doors - it took my brain a while to distinguish closed and open doors as those are not standup 

Thanks for the feedback! I kinda agree that we could have made it more clear that the buttons and doors were related and when they opened.
